About the Role

Were looking for 4 Full stack developers with 2- 7 years of exp who can own the end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery of scalable web applications.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends deeptechnicalexpertise with team management,

product thinking, and a drive for innovation.

Youllleadby example architecting high-performance systems, mentoring developers, and

collaborating closely with design, product, and business teams to deliver world-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Leadand manage full-stack development projects using Python/Django and Next.js.

Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to deliver high-

impact features.

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the

engineering team.

Mentor and support developers throughtechnicalguidance, learning sessions, and

constructive feedback.

Manage CI/CD pipelines ensuring efficient and reliable deployments.

Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and resolve production issues swiftly.

Stay ahead of emerging technologies and proactively recommend innovations that improve

performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

28 years of experience in full-stack development with Python, Django and Next.js.

Proven experience in leading small to mid-sized engineering teams.

Strong grasp of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures.

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines.

Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and costs.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Exposure to data-driven product development and analytics tools.
